The 3 Trees - the best restaurant in Zambia - is a garden with a welcoming atmosphere for families. The ambience is fantastic; it's relaxed, comfortable, clean, and lovely. The staff is courteous and attentive. The food is truly exceptional, with the breakfast selection, in particular, being exceptional. A good choice is chicken curry. This restaurant has a wide range of vegetarian cuisine (including a delicious stuffed sweet potato) and is one of the top seafood restaurants in Lusaka, Zambia. They do, in fact, serve Illy coffee, which is really delicious and ranks among the best in town. Juices made from fresh fruits and vegetables are also delicious. The owner is present every day and provides excellent service.
