Adelaide Eye & Laser Centre is a purpose-built facility that specializes in cataract, corneal, and eye laser surgery, such as LASIK, PRK, and now SMILE.
The center is a fully accredited, purpose-built consultation and operating facility for the specialty of cataract and eye laser (refractive) surgery. They are South Australia's first approved facility of their sort. They provide the patients with the most advanced alternatives in eye surgery by utilizing this facility.
During this time, Adelaide's Medical Director, Dr. Peter Ingham, has established and perfected several refractive surgical methods. Dr. Ingham has performed over 25,000 laser vision correction operations and over 20,000 cataract surgeries since 1992.
Dr. Peter Ingham (Medical Director) and Dr. Aanchal Gupta (Surgeon - Cataract, Corneal, and Refractive) are their current practicing surgeons. They are a hospital theatre and facility that is overseen and supported by the best nurses, technicians, optometrists, and administrative personnel.
