Arc System Works, or ArcSys, is a Japanese video game developer and publisher based in Yokohama. Minoru Kidooka founded the firm in 1988, and it is most known for its 2D fighting game titles such as Guilty Gear and BlazBlue, as well as license-based fighting games for Dragon Ball, Persona 4 Arena (Ultimax), Granblue Fantasy Versus (Rising), and others. Executor for the PlayStation was their first title, released in 1995.
