Bar-A-Thym

Bar-A-Thym specializes in excellent French cuisine, with Plancha-cooked fish and beef dishes. Chef François Mermilliod created a one-of-a-kind French Omakase menu, with each dish influenced by Southern French regional delicacies. The Wagyu Cote De Boeuf, Seafood Bouillabaisse, Morisseau® Bouchot Mussels, TE MANA Lamb Rack, and Angel Hair Pasta with Sea Urchin are among the menu's specialties.

Mermilliod is well-known for his ability to combine French and Asian cooking skills in his dishes. Because customers all know that French cuisine and a nice glass of wine are a marriage made in heaven, Bar-A-Thym offers an extensive wine list from some of the world's top vineyards.
