Every year, Barry Callebaut produces an average of 2.2 million tons of cocoa and chocolate serving three main customers: Food & Beverage Manufacturers, Artisans & Chefs, and Vending. Barry Callebaut currently operates in 40 countries and operates more than 60 manufacturing facilities and 25 CHOCOLATE ACADEMY Centers globally.
