Baskin-Robbins is an American multinational chain of ice cream and cake specialty restaurants owned by Inspire Brands. Burt Baskin and Irv Robbins established Baskin-Robbins in Glendale, California in 1945. Its present headquarters are in Canton, Massachusetts, and are shared with sibling company Dunkin Donuts. It is the world's biggest network of ice cream specialty stores, with over 8,000 outlets.

The brand is famed for its "31 flavors" motto, which implies that a consumer may enjoy a new taste every day of the month. In 1953, the Carson-Roberts advertising firm (which eventually merged with Ogilvy & Mather) coined the phrase. Since 1945, the firm has released over 1,300 varieties, including vegan and non-dairy options in 2019.

International stores provide ice cream flavors popular in each country, such as Red Bean, Litchi Gold, Blackcurrant, and Cantaloupe. In Asia, the most popular Baskin Robbins flavors are Mint Chocolate Chip and Cookies & Cream. Since 2004, the firm has been situated in Canton, Massachusetts, after moving from Randolph, Massachusetts.
