It is led by Biba Islah, an eighth-generation New Orleans native who creates hair formulas tailored to each client's specific needs. She also works with celebrities in the entertainment industry as a certified wig maker and board-certified hair colorist. She has also assisted chemo patients with hair loss.

Biba's ancestors worked as hairstylists in the 1800s, making their own skin-healing remedies and hair tonics from scratch. Biba Isla Boutique Salon, which opened in 2014 in New Orleans' Warehouse District, is now minutes away in a new secret location.

Biba offers incomparable personalized high-end services while using products that treat your hair and scalp. The emphasis is on beautiful, healthy hair. The goal is to keep hair and scalp healthy or to restore it to a healthy state for manageability and growth.
