American-born Bobby Lashley is a professional wrestler and mixed martial artist. He was born on July 16, 1976 in Junction City, USA. He was a two-time ECW World Champion, a two-time WWE Intercontinental Champion, and a one-time WWE USA Champion.
He was also a once X Division champion and the last King of the Mountain champion. Returning to WWE in 2018, he was branded as Raw, two-time Intercontinental Champion, and won his second US Championship. He ultimately won his first WWE Championship, becoming the third African American to win the WWE Championship (after Rock and Kofi Kingston).
Lashley returned to WWE in 2020 to become the two-time Intercontinental Champion. Currently, Lashley is making $4.5 million on a one-year contract with the WWE, making him eighth of the top 10 highest-paid WWE wrestlers of 2021.
He made headlines for several pay-per-view (PPV) events in WWE and TNA/Impact, including the 2016 release of Bound for Glory, a major WWE and TNA/Impact event. He is one of two wrestlers to have won the WWE, ECW and TNA/Impact World Championships, the other being Rob Van Dam.
