Borda Estevet

Borda Estevet, described as a "mountain restaurant" in Andorra la Vella, is another traditional Andorran restaurant. Borda Estevet is modeled after a traditional rural stone building found in the Pyrenees, with its bare-stone walls, cozy fireplaces, and high wooden ceiling. La Borda Estevet is one of 25 Bordes d'Andorra converted and air-conditioned as a restaurant. This is one of the best preserved places in Andorra. They serve excellent Andorran specialties like trinxat (fried mashed potato and cabbage topped with bacon, similar to bubble and squeak) and grilled mountain game cooked on a slate.

Borda Estevet is a meat-paradise lover's in Andorra. They not only serve the country's most extensive and delicious meat cuisine, but they also ensure that their guests enjoy it in an authentic, romantic setting. Since the structure was originally a family farmhouse, the inside is entirely made of wood and stone.
