British International School Riyadh
Established in 1979, British International School Riyadh has a long history of providing high-quality education to children aged 3–18 from over 90 countries across Riyadh. Whether you're in the city center or surrounding areas, BISR has a campus for you!
They currently have five campuses, and they are adding more. Their Al Hamra campus is their largest, housing 1,700 students. They also have smaller campuses in Salwa, Tabuk, and Taif. In 2022, their Diplomatic Quarter campus expanded to include high school students.
This year, British International School Riyadh is opening a brand new, 2,000-student campus called Al Waha. Their current Al Hamra students will move there, and Al Hamra will be renovated and reopened as a dedicated primary school. Plus, they're opening another BAE school in the Al Majma'ah region!
BISR follows the English curriculum, but they make sure to add their own special touch! Local and international influences enrich the learning experience, making it relevant and engaging. At the Diplomatic Quarter campus, they can pursue the prestigious International Baccalaureate Diploma Program, while the Al Hamra campus offers a diverse selection of A-level subjects. Both campuses are close by, so your child can choose the program that matches their strengths and goals.
British International School Riyadh also offers a variety of creative activities like Model United Nations, chess, cooking clubs, and even creating comics! These activities help your child develop important social and interpersonal skills while also sparking their imagination and curiosity.
