Carrabba’s

Many of the menu items at Carraba's are based on family traditions, making it an excellent location to go if you prefer authentic Italian food. The chain was founded in 1986 in Houston, Texas, by Johnny Carrabba and Damian Mandola, and it has grown rapidly since then. Carrabba's now has 250 locations across the United States.

Carrabba's meals are both familiar and innovative, with a large menu featuring favorites like shrimp and scallop linguine, lasagna, and ravioli. Newer specialties include Chicken Bryan, which mixes sun-dried tomatoes, goat cheese, and a lemon butter sauce for a delectable yet light meal. Carrabba's also has gluten-free and diet-friendly selections, as well as an excellent wine list.
