Cascade de Reinhard Stein
Cascade de Reinhard Stein is a waterfall in a scenic nature preserve. It’s accessible by hiking trails and there are loads of them in the area. Their difficulty varies depending on where exactly you are hiking from, but they’re generally not very hard and are suitable for hiking newbies as long as they wear appropriate footwear and take their time. The path through the forest is rocky and steep at times, but the trail is well-marked and very easy to follow.
Being so near to a castle makes the Reinhard Stein Waterfall unique. You can even see the castle from the area near the waterfall, and it’s a wonderful view. It’s worth noting that you can only see the lowest sections of the waterfall because of the greenery - if you want to see the complete Reinhardstein Waterfall, it is preferable to visit in the winter because the view won’t be hindered.
A visit to the Reinhardstein Castle is also recommended. There is a café on the castle grounds where you can rest for a little while and perhaps even buy something to drink, and you can visit the interior and view some really cool armor and artifacts.
