Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. is a Chinese state-owned automobile manufacturer headquartered in Chongqing. The company offers passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and light vehicles. Changan's product portfolio includes Reaton, Eado, Lumin, Yuexiang, and Ben Ben, among others. Its service comprises a maintenance package, service activities, roadside assistance, brand vision, online service, car and machine upgrades, and a driving guide.
The company includes six manufacturing sites in the territory of China, as well as 15 plants producing cars and engines. It also caters for services through dealers located across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and North America. It produced around 3 million vehicles in 2016, and it also boasts China's second-most popular car brand. Changan Automobile has joint ventures with global automakers such as Ford and Mazda.
Changan Automobile's emblem has two parts—the main and an additional one. The inner circle, which is a symbol of Earth, is applied to the additional foil. The symbol of the planet is enclosed in a larger circle. The blue color shows the expression of the conceptual development of the company, which is based on the use of up-to-date technologies and an eco-friendly approach to the workflow. The V-shaped symbol in the center of the logo symbolizes the eternal values of the company.
