Chatfuel
Chatfuel is a terrific, user-friendly tool for building Facebook bots without having to code. On the dashboard, the venue, which was launched in 2015, offers a variety of editing options for customizing your chatbots and creating conversational rules.
Natural language processing (NLP) is used by the bot to understand and recognize words and react to users with pre-programmed answers. A chatbot can serve as a customer service agent, an event assistant, a personalized avatar, or an event organizer.
When someone has a discussion with the chatbot, the chatbot adds them to your database so you can keep track of them in the future. The analytics platform of Chatfuel gives data on the chat.
Chatfuel's analytics system also gives statistics on the bot's performance. It has created Facebook Messenger chatbots for Adidas, TechCrunch, Lego, and T-Mobile, among others. Chatfuel has some free features, but the Premium Plan, which includes unlimited bots and up to 30,000 users, starts at $300 a month.
