China National Machinery Corporation (also known as Sinomach) is a Chinese conglomerate engaged in the construction of tools, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, and infrastructure. In two areas of civil engineering, the company has a leading position in international project revenue. According to Engineering NewsRecord's 2013 rankings, the company is the third-largest contractor for energy projects and the eighth-largest for industrial projects.
A large subsidiary of China National Machinery Industry Corp. is the YTO Group, which is mainly a manufacturer of agricultural equipment. In March 2011, the YTO Group acquired the French tractor manufacturer McCormick France SAS as part of its strategy to enter the European tractor market.
