Comoé National Park

Comoé National Park is located in Côte d'Ivoire's northeastern corner. Its varied landscape includes savannahs, meadows, and rainforest sections not normally found in the north. The lengthy, fish-filled Comoé River runs through the park.

The Comoé National Park is well worth a visit if you are looking for a unique vacation location on Ivory Coast. Its tropical rainforest portions are the world's largest protected territory, spanning from a lush Guinea savanna to the dry Sudanian zone. A diverse diversity of wildlife, some of which are critically endangered, can be found in this protected region.
