Contemporary Arts Museum Houston

The Contemporary Arts Museum, one of a number of prominent cultural organizations in Houston's Museum District, hosts regional, national, and worldwide art exhibits, as well as emerging and well-known contemporary artists.

The museum, which was founded in 1948 by a group of local residents, aims to present contemporary art and its significance in modern life through exhibitions, lectures, and other events.
