Crusoe Cave Luettelo
Crusoe Cave, one of the Most Impressive Caves in Trinidad and Tobago, is a marine cave on the island of Tobago in Trinidad and Tobago, located near Crown Point. The cave is called after the titular protagonist of English writer Daniel Defoe's 1719 novel Robinson Crusoe. Crusoe is stranded on an unknown island mentioned as being within sight of Trinidad in the novel; others believe Crusoe's island was modeled after Tobago. This name has been used to refer to the cave since 1890.
The cave is accessible by foot. Because it fills with water during high tide, it is best viewed at low tide. Some fossils have been discovered in the cave's limestone. The land on which the cave is located is privately held, however it is normally accessible for a small price.
