Daily Mail
The Daily Mail is a London-based middle-market daily tabloid newspaper and news website. It was established in 1896 and is currently the UK daily with the highest circulation. The Scottish and Irish editions of the daily paper were first published in 1947 and 2006, respectively, while its sister publication, The Mail on Sunday, was first published in 1982. Even though the website is independently controlled and has its own editor, content from the paper can be found there. The Daily Mail and General Trust are the owners of the newspaper.
New stories are added to the site's news section throughout the day. The newspaper also maintains a separate website where readers can access all of its news articles. The news stories covered in this area range from those in the UK, such as politics, crime, and current affairs, to those from around the world, such as conflicts, armed conflicts, and natural catastrophes. Many readers from all over the world have also been drawn to its sections on home improvement, travel, and fashion.
The Daily Mail has received numerous accolades, including eight National Newspaper of the Year honors from The Press since 1995 and another one in 2019. It has been named the "Daily Newspaper of the Year" for 2020 by the Society of Editors.
