The magnificent Del'avant Event Center really includes three distinct venue spaces. The McLellan Parlor may be transformed into a chapel-like setting for your ceremony, the Rooftop Garden is ideal for cocktail hour or a pre-reception, and the magnificent Kress Ballroom is the ideal wedding reception venue where you and your guests can dine and dance the night away.

The architectural features of the center include exposed brick and Venetian plaster walls, antique tin ceilings, and hardwood flooring. Decorative lighting, black and white antique pictures, magnificent seats, live plants, handcrafted drapes, and three cherry wood bars with black granite tops are also included in the center.
