Easy Russian

This YouTube channel features interviews with Russian speakers daily. The advantage of this is that you can get used to different accents and speaking speeds instead of the classroom experience with a teacher who always speaks clearly and slowly.

Videos are subtitled in Russian and English, great for beginners so you can match words with sounds. Each episode is rather short (about four to six minutes long) but completely filled with new vocabulary and opinions from everyday people.
