Ecole française de Podgorica (EFEP)
The newest international school in Montenegro, Ecole française de Podgorica (EFEP), the French-European EFEP, opened in September 2018. The certificate is confirmed by the French Ministry of Education and is accepted worldwide. It is a small, private, and independent international school and has been enriched with other educational institutions.
When it comes to EFEP, it is viewed as an opening to the world and a multilingual curriculum. It welcomes all nationalities from 2 and a half to 18 years old with bridging courses for non-French speaking students to allow their rapid integration. The main language of instruction is French, but from kindergarten onwards, English and Montenegrin have an important place. During their schooling, the students develop the ability to work in these three languages, in different fields.
Thus, the students live a multilingual journey where the languages complement each other and become tools for thinking with certifications allowing them to recognize the acquired skills. Moreover, Ecole française de Podgorica (EFEP) also provides personalized support to each student. With four classes from kindergarten to high school and small classes, it offers spaces that are adapted to each age group and a team of 10 professionals with complementary skills who work in close collaboration.
