Founded by the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hong Kong (ELCHK), ELCHK Lutheran Academy aims to follow the Great Commandment of Jesus Christ and to imitate His example of teaching and serving. It allows students to address their physical and spiritual needs.

With the vision of providing a worthy environment for students, LA is determined to provide future leaders with quality education and become one of the best schools that the community could always look up to. Through Christian education, LA pledges to cultivate students’ ethics and morality to act with integrity and honesty.

Students under LA's roof can think, inquire, interact, reflect, strive, and excel within and beyond our school-based international curriculum framework. As a school that values and celebrates respect for diversity, it is dedicated to fostering students’ consciousness of Chinese culture and equipping them with international-mindedness and holistic abilities for lifelong learning.

Besides, with a commitment to providing quality education, ELCHK Lutheran Academy specifically introduces a brand-new ‘Glocalized’ Curriculum to Hong Kong students. In short, it combines the essence and advantages of international and local curricula which meet the diversified learning needs of different students. It not only engages students actively in innovative and diverse learning experiences but also helps them improve their language skills.
