Employees Only, a well-known New York restaurant, expanded west, opening a location in West Hollywood. It started with cocktails in a sleek and stylish speakeasy-like setting, and by 2020, it had evolved into an outdoor hub for some of L.A.'s coolest up-and-coming chefs and pop-ups. You enter through the psychic's storefront and find yourself in this Deco-inspired dining room with curved bar. The cocktail menu sparkles with midday coffee, a unique take on an espresso martini (the city's favorite drink these days), which combines cold brew and orange cream for a frothy sip reminiscent of an elevated Irish coffee.
