English College in Prague (The ECP)
The English College in Prague, also known as The English College, is a co-educational and selective Czech-British grammar school in Prague. It offers academic education in English for students aged 13 to 19. The college has a diverse student body, with around 70% Czech students and 30% from countries like Eastern Asia, Russia, and Eastern Europe.
Established in 1994, the school has a strong focus on academic excellence, offering the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma. In 2014, 52% of IGCSE results were A* to A grades, and 90% were A* to C grades. The average IB score in the same year was 33.5, with 97.5% of the graduates passing the Diploma.
