Enjoy singing along to country music at Ryman Auditorium

Ryman Auditorium is a live music venue with a capacity of around 2,300 people. It was built in 1892 and is now a National Historic Landmark. It first came to light when an evangelist named Sam Jones had a tent revival there. Among the 5,000 people in attendance was Thomas G. Ryman, a Nashville businessman. Ryman became a Christian and soon after decided to devote his riches and his life to Jones' ministry, constructing the Union Gospel Tabernacle for him. When Ryman died, the venue's name was altered, and it is now known as the Ryman Auditorium. Ryman Auditorium is currently recognized as the Mother Church of Country Music and is a lot more fun than it used to be, making it one of Tennessee's most popular tourist destinations.

At the Ryman Auditorium, you can sing along to country music. This music venue frequently hosts world-class performers, who may be seen in a beautiful auditorium. Sign up for a tour to learn about the museum's history, temporary displays, past performers, and more. After attending a performance or tour, you can purchase souvenirs such as clothes, caps, mugs, accessories, albums, novelties, and much more at the onsite gift shop.
