The city's longest-running bottomless brunch is located on a rooftop with spectacular views of Melbourne. For $69.00, Fargo and Co offers two hours of unlimited drinks (prosecco, mimosas, wine, cocktail jugs, and schooners of beer), snacks, and a DJ set by some of the city's greatest.

Every Saturday and Sunday (12 pm – 2 pm & 3 pm – 5 pm), the gang hosts two sessions, and throughout the summer, you can taste their delicious frosé, which will undoubtedly help you beat the heat. Start with the Junmal Gino Sake, Mozart white chocolate, salted caramel, and Luxardo Maraschino cherries in the High Interest cocktail. The Loomis Fargo, a sinus-clearing blend of Hakushu 12-year-old whiskey, Laphroaig, lemon, ginger liqueur, honey, and smoke, takes things up a level. Fargo & Co is the ideal venue for tasty little alco-absorbers like Cornflake fried chicken with spicy fried egg mayo and morning radish, or sticky baked beef cheek steam buns with black vinegar and chilli, which are served till late.
