Florida State University Panama City, ranked third among the best universities in Panama, was founded in 1982 as a non-profit private higher education institution in the urban setting of Panama City (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 residents). Florida State University Panama City (FSU Panama) is a tiny (uniRank enrollment range: 250-499 students) coeducational Panamanian higher education school that is officially recognized by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.


FSU Panama City (FSU Panama) offers courses and programs that lead to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), and bachelor degrees in a variety of fields. This 38-year-old Panamanian university has a strict admission criteria based on entrance exams and students' previous academic records and ratings. The entrance rate ranges from 10% to 20%, making this Panamanian higher education school extremely exclusive. Students from other countries are welcome to apply.
