Foxconn
Foxconn, also known as Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd., is a Taiwanese multinational electronics contract manufacturing company with headquarters in Tucheng, New Taipei, Taiwan. It is the largest electronics contract manufacturer in the world and one of the largest employers in China.
Foxconn is best known for its work with Apple Inc., manufacturing the majority of Apple's iPhones, iPads, and iPods. However, Foxconn also works with other major technology companies, such as Amazon, Dell, Google, Microsoft, and Sony.
In recent years, Foxconn has been expanding its operations beyond electronics manufacturing, and has been investing in areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and smart manufacturing solutions. Foxconn has also been working on developing its own brand of products, including smartphones, tablets, and smart home devices.
Despite its success, Foxconn has also faced controversy over working conditions at its factories. In recent years, the company has been working to improve working conditions and increase wages for its workers.
