Gaia, Inc., previously Gaiam, is a video streaming service and online community-based in the United States that focuses on fringe science and yoga. Its trademarks include Gaiam TV, which was renamed Gaia in 2016.Gaia is a massive library of yoga videos and other information that may provide you with fast access to every type of yoga or contemplative practice you can imagine. Gaia is also an excellent resource for studying the principles underlying contemplative practices and ways of meditation and mindfulness that aren't necessarily considered mainstream or acquainted with Western yoga practice. This software may teach you some new yoga techniques.

The program offers users 20, 40, and 60-minute training videos, with the ability to increase the time of exercise as you gain experience. Each video in the app teaches how to do each posture efficiently and is suitable for both men and women. There are more than 30 stances demonstrated, and each one is accompanied by audio instructions. Though the program is free at the beginning, for more difficult workouts, you must subscribe to their level two app.
