The Gin Trap's original structure has a fascinating backstory. It was picked up and transferred from its previous site in Tamarind Bay to its current location in Jones Bay.

With the addition of brand new appliances, the construction of a brand new bar, lounge, sunset cocktail terrace, and air-conditioned washrooms, as well as a new name and new owner, and most significantly, locally educated chefs, this beloved restaurant is primed to become an island favorite. The Gin Trap, which is now open, is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike to dine and socialize. Sunsets from this vantage point never cease to astonish.
