Gordon Greenidge
Sir Cuthbert Gordon Greenidge (born 1 May 1951) is a former first-class cricketer from Barbados who spent 17 years representing the West Indies in Test and One-day cricket. Greenidge is largely considered to be one of cricket's greatest and most destructive opening batters. Greenidge was elected into the International Cricket Council's (ICC) Cricket Hall of Fame in 2009.
He made his cricket debut against India in Bangalore in 1974. He was a fantastic opener batsman for the West Indies and had a successful cricket career.
