GreenPan was the first company to make porcelain nonstick pans, and they have dozens of nonstick cookware sets to choose from. Especially popular with consumers is the GreenPan Premiere 11-piece nonstick ceramic pot set because of its stainless steel construction, which is heavier than aluminum but more durable.

GreenPan has many cookware collections in different colors, styles, and metal-type. Moreover, products that stand out with the brand's good nonstick features are nonstick pans. Because the GreenPan fry pan was fully flat, liquid ingredients and eggs did not pool on the edges of the pan. It has an 8 handle that tapers to an oven-safe Bakelite grip and keeps cool to the touch when used on the burner. The handle may be somewhat longer to properly hold the weight of the pan.

Their pans' major signature colors are black, red, and sponge green. The pan's interior is cream-colored, creating a wonderful two-tone contrast with the outside. GreenPan recommends heating the pan on low to medium-low heat to extend the life of the Thermolon coating. Other nonstick pans I've tested required 5 to 10 minutes to heat up evenly and completely, but the GreenPan heated up in about 2 minutes.
