Gyeongbokgung Palace Grounds

Gyeongbukgung Palace is the best place to get those picture-perfect panoramas of Seoul. A must-see in Seoul is the Gyeongbokgung Palace, which is frequently compared to Beijing's Forbidden City. It was the primary royal palace of the Joseon family, who controlled Korea for hundreds of years, and it was constructed in 1395. Watch the guards change outside the front gates about 10 or 2 in the afternoon. Another location that is fantastic to explore year-round. Visit this palace in early April to witness the cherry blossoms or late October to see the fall foliage if you wish to wear hanbok and experience the best of Korean nature. either walk from Gwanghwamun Station or take the metro to Gyeongbokgung Station.
