Pavlova's daughter, is the new owner of the estate upon his passing. The estate was nationalized in 1918, but it was given back to its original owner in 1923. The estate, which was thereafter utilized as a common residence, was sold by Andreeva in 1927. His home was converted into a memorial museum after he passed away. On March 6, 1946, the tenth anniversary of the scientist's passing, the Pavlova Memorial Museum was inaugurated in the main residence.
