Honda Accord
Honda Accord or Honda Inspire is a series of automobiles manufactured by Honda since 1976, best known for its four-door sedan variant, which has been one of the best-selling vehicles in the United States since 1989.
Nameplate Accord has been applied to many vehicles worldwide, including coupes, scooters, hatchbacks and a Honda Crosstour crossover.
Since its inception, Honda has offered a number of different body styles and versions of the Accord, and often the cars marketed under the name Accord concurrently in different regions differ quite a bit in basic. It made its debut in 1976, as a compact hatchback.
In 1982, the Accord became the first vehicle from a Japanese manufacturer to be manufactured in the United States when production began in Marysville, Ohio at Honda's Marysville Motor Plant.
