Hot Stove League (2019)

A South Korean television program called Hot Stove League ran on SBS TV from December 13, 2019, until February 14, 2020. Namkoong Min, Park Eun-bin, Oh Jung-se, and Jo Byeong-kyu are the series' main actors. It centers on the Dreams baseball club, which has consistently finished worst in the league for four years.

This entertaining and endearing sports story is sure to win your heart. The baseball club Dreams is depressed in it after finishing last in the league for four straight years. Here comes their new general manager, Baek Seung Soo. He has experience coaching teams in other sports to success, but he has never managed a baseball club. Eun Bin plays Lee Se Young, the operations manager for the Dreams, who simply has her team's best interests in mind. She first views Seung Soo's techniques as unusual, but she quickly comes to see that he actually cares more about the squad than he lets on.
