How to Build a Startup
Steve Blank shares insight into the critical phases required to develop a successful startup in an introduction to the principles of the famed Customer Development Process. This is also a wonderful course to take if you're thinking about enrolling in one of Udacity's premium Nanodegree programs.
The major goal of this How to Build a Startup course is to teach students how to swiftly generate and test concepts by collecting large amounts of consumer and market input. Many startups fail due to a lack of early client validation. Students will learn how to walk out of the building and look for real customer pain points and unmet demands in order to reduce this. Only with these will the entrepreneur be able to find the right answer and build a viable business strategy. Building a startup is more than just devising a strategy for executing a business model that the entrepreneur believes will succeed; it is also a quest for the business model itself.
