Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin
Humboldt-Universität (Humboldt-Universität) is a world-renowned educational institution named after the legendary linguist Humboldt. It was formed in 1810 under the name "University of Berlin," making it one of the country's oldest universities. The linguist and reformer Wilhelm von Humboldt was the founder, and his disciples created the foundations and developed the notion of psycholinguistics. The scientist was able to develop a unique learning paradigm that was later adopted by Europe's major universities. Its foundation was to split the theory into two parts, each with active research efforts. The institution swiftly expanded, with four faculties of two and a half hundred students by 1850, with a Museum of Natural History and a medical campus on campus. Humboldt-Universität has formed partnerships with 375 universities throughout the world, allowing for internship opportunities, notably at Princeton. General studies are well-funded in collaboration with partner universities.
Around 15% of students and 15% of foreign teachers come from other nations to study in the United States. Since the 1970s, Humboldt University has reestablished relations with nearly every university in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America. This international university now has a liberal viewpoint and a well-developed infrastructure.
