Inditex

Inditex, the world's largest fast-fashion group, has over 7,200 outlets in 93 countries. Zara is the company's flagship store, but it also owns Zara Home, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Oysho, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius, Uterqüe, and Lefties, among others. Zara is noted for its unique approach to apparel manufacturing, which includes designing items, producing them locally for short turnaround times, and instantly stocking shelves, resulting in a 15-day turnaround time for Zara designs.

Inditex's business is built on a single premise: to be quick to respond to market changes. Whereas a traditional fashion firm would take nearly a year to get its products out from concept to runway to store, Inditex completes the process in less than two months, allowing it to replenish stores with new and diverse products weekly and respond rapidly.
