Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. was founded in 1988 in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, with a registered capital of 20.774 billion yuan and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2007. It's China's first Equator Bank and one of the State Council and People's Bank of China's first joint-stock commercial banks.
