Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence – Coursera
Stop hunting for leadership programs or courses to help you influence your employees and subordinates at work because this Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence is designed for you. Dr. Boyatzis is a famous professor of psychology, cognitive science, and organizational behavior at Case Western Reserve University and a Greek American thinker.
This online course is free to audit; but, if you want to acquire a valid credential from the university, you must pay. The course will run for eight weeks, and if you are willing to devote just nineteen hours of your time to it, you will be able to master all of the tactics and tips for emotional intelligence.
You will study how neuroscience plays a role in the formation of resonant leadership in the first week of the course. You will learn how to deal with chronic stress in the second week. In the third week, you will learn how emotional intelligence is linked to leadership. The fourth week will teach you how to implement the desired change in light of future possibilities. The learners will investigate neurological, relational, and emotional elements in the fifth week to determine how they influence long-term learning and development, as well as peer coaching. You will investigate when you are having a mid-life crisis in the sixth week. The seventh week's lessons will cover how desired change is supported on a personal level, as well as in communities, organizations, countries, and even on a worldwide scale. And the final week of this course will review and recap what you have studied thus far.
