Jockey International, Inc. is an American producer and retailer of men's, women's and children's pants, sleepwear and sportswear. The headquarters are in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Jockey, like Hanes, has been around in some shape or another for a long time. Jockey, named for the type of support associated with the jockstrap at the time, is largely recognised with developing the traditional Y-front brief, an innovation that set the prototype for knickers styles that still dominate the market today. Jockey is the go-to brand for no-frills knickers designed with the same attention to detail—and near-indestructibility—that first placed the company on the map.

Jockey produces and develops exclusive goods that are manufactured through a carefully managed virtual manufacturing network centered in Asia and Central America, and the company remains an outspoken supporter of attempts to improve global working conditions for apparel workers. Jockey brand items are available worldwide through a network of distributor and licensee partners. Jockey offers directly to customers in Canada and Europe.
