Jonathan Kwok

The 29-year-old Hong Kong real estate tycoon has a net worth of $2.4 billion. His father, Walter Kwok, was also a real estate tycoon. Jonathan, along with other brothers, received a great fortune from him.
His father was the chairman of the Sun Hung Kai property.

However, Jonathan Kwok was kicked out of the company because of feuds with some of his brothers. Luckily, Jonathan's grandmother co-founded the company and declared him one of her beneficiaries. The brothers inherited Walter's direct stake in SHKP and were named beneficiaries of one-third of five extended family trusts owned by her grandmother.
