Kagura

Kagura, like the other Yato, is incredibly strong and has fighting instincts that are considerably superior to those of humans. Kagura's skills significantly transcend those of the normal Yato, but her kindness prevents her from using them to their fullest extent. According to Abuto, she is among the most elite of the Yato, ranking among Kamui, Umibouzu, and Housen.

Kagura is extraordinarily strong since she has Yato blood in her veins, but she can also "awaken" when her companions are in danger and lose control of her power. Kagura doesn't like it, so she suppresses her desire to kill Yato. However, during her conflict with Abuto when he injured Shinpachi, her instincts were "awakened".

After being shot by Kijima Matako, she also displayed incredible healing powers. Kagura used her hands and mouth to deflect the gunshots. She has also developed the capacity to alter her age at will, at times appearing as a younger version of herself and at other times taking on an ancient appearance. Along with her great strength and special abilities, Kagura becomes one of the strongest female anime characters.
