Their coffee is sourced from individual farms as well as the coffee auction system in several African countries. They visit the slopes of Mt. Kenya, Ethiopia's highlands, Nigeria's Mambilla Plateau, Cameroon, Uganda, Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and all of Africa's coffee-growing countries. They follow through on their promises, as evidenced by their tasting area, which allows customers to witness the entire process firsthand, from roasting to tasting. Before purchasing their premium items, clients are given the opportunity to taste them in a cupping process.
