Kashin Koji vs. Isshiki

For the majority of his presence in Boruto, Kashin Koji is an enigmatic character. Despite being a dedicated member of one of the world's most heinous criminal organizations, he consistently works with different motives while harboring a thinly veiled disdain for the leader of the organization, Jigen. The debate over his true role ranges from him being a deep-cover operative for Konoha to becoming a third party with interests only in sowing chaos. All these theories come to light in his confrontation with Jigen.
Apart from being a visually impressive battle in the best traditions of Naruto's storytelling, it also solidifies Koji's true mission: assassinating Jigen, and unveils Koji's connection to the beloved Naruto character Jiraiya, much to the delight of Naruto fans.
