Since then, there hasn't been much of a decline in Japan's population, which now numbers in the hundreds of millions. By doing so, it is easy to connect the dots and see that the amount of crime that Japanese War Lords or other nations that want to start a war with Japan control and manipulate can be high at any given time. The likelihood of this occurring occasionally is definitely on an alarming scale. the kind of economic unrest or imbalance that calls for Japanese military intervention.
In order to align all of the troops or forces within the Japanese Army to operate in a way where each deployed troop and their efforts interlink with one another to restore solidarity, Japan would most definitely need a strong military general to take control of every soldier under him. Katsutoshi has unquestionably shown that he is capable of handling this responsibility as well as all of the other ranks he has worked on to become Japan's Chief of Defense
