Kelowna
Kelowna is a city in the Canadian province of British Columbia. It is located in the Okanagan Valley, on the eastern coast of Okanagan Lake, and is bordered by provincial parks, pine forests, vineyards, orchards, and mountains. Its downtown includes a waterfront City Park as well as a lakeside cultural district. Wine tours and tastings are available at over 20 nearby vineyards.
Kelowna features the Kelowna MapleFest in April, the Fat Cat Children's Festival in June, and other family-friendly events all year. In the winter, families can cross-country ski on several resort paths, and in the summer, they can fish, paddleboard, and kayak on Okanagan Lake.
