Kensington Expert

Mice with the trackball on the side and mice with the trackball in the middle are the two varieties of trackball mice. With a huge trackball in the middle and a scroll ring surrounding it, the Kensington Expert wireless mouse falls into the latter group. A bigger trackball makes navigation easier, and the design is ambidextrous.

The mouse includes four buttons surrounding the trackball that you may personalize with the KensingtonWorks software that comes with it. You can configure some buttons to activate macros or function as media keys in addition to remapping your basic right and left clicks. More crucially, KensingtonWorks lets you adjust the sensitivity of the trackball. The Kensington Expert allows you fine control over mouse movement and scrolling, which is difficult to get used to with a trackball.

You may connect your gadgets via the 2.4GHz receiver, Bluetooth, or both. The mouse's auto-sleep feature allows it to run for up to a year on two AA batteries, and it comes with a wrist rest to alleviate wrist strain. Other trackball mice are available, but it's rare to find one that can compete with the Kensington Expert.
